    Excellent place with its outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness centre. I still remember how the staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

    Everything was perfect...the staff very helpful and extremely friendly. The rooms are beautiful, clean and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend the Sebastian to friends!

    Beautiful hotel and location.

    We were not told that there was a $150 "pet fee." it does not appear anywhere on the website and we were told that we couldn't cancel the reservation. After much anxiety the hotel agreed to waive the fee but when we left we were told that our small dog had caused damage in the room. We went back to the room with the property manager and there was "no" damage. Seemed like a scam to recoup the "waived" $150 pet fee. Bad experience.

    Dining at Leonora rocked my world! I devoured their breakfast burrito, a delicious monster that could easily feed two. Plus, the convenient location next to Gondola One made hitting the slopes easy. The pool and hot tubs were also a perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing.

    My stay had some hiccups. The rooms were stuffy. Both were set to 75 degrees. Checking in felt a bit off-despite prepaying, there was confusion over the bill split, and I walked away with just a parking receipt. Quite the evening for a hefty price tag!

    The hotel was clean with excellent and brilliantly friendly staff who provided us with free breakfasts. The room was beautifully maintained and we loved the stay. Everything was brand-new, nonetheless a few employees were absolutely useless. Also, location was amazing, around 10-15 minutes walk from Dobson Ice Arena.

    Our group vacation was awesome! We enjoyed skiing with valet assistance right at the foot of the mountain and had a blast at game night in the stylish library. The staff made everything easy, so we could just focus on having fun.

    I faced some trouble when I called to reschedule due to illness, and the response was quite disappointing for a luxury hotel.

    Warm, cute, wonderful.

    I was swept away by the warm atmosphere and the genuine friendliness of the staff. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were absolute bliss after a long day on the slopes! I enjoyed a fabulous room service breakfast of eggs Benedict, excellent, a great way to fuel up before heading out again.

    The staff here is fantastic it reminded me of people who cared for their own family. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were beyond comfy which was a huge win.
