Amazing place with its outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness centre. I still remember how the staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

Dining at Leonora rocked my world! I devoured their breakfast burrito, a delicious monster that could easily feed two. Plus, the convenient location next to Gondola One made hitting the slopes a breeze. The pool and hot tubs were also a perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing.

However, my stay had some hiccups. The rooms were stuffy. both were set to 75 degrees, making it tough to catch some Z's. Also, checking in felt a bit off—despite prepaying, there was confusion over the bill split, and I walked away with just a parking receipt. Quite the evening for a hefty price tag!

The pool is surprisingly small, with limited lounge chairs, making it a challenging spot for relaxation. Having a room facing an alleyway meant waking up to early morning noise from truck activity, which can be disruptive. Additionally, the prices for smaller items, like coffee at the lobby restaurant, feel disproportionately high and might leave you feeling a bit pinched.

I was swept away by the warm atmosphere and the genuine friendliness of the staff. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were absolute bliss after a long day on the slopes! I enjoyed a fabulous room service breakfast of eggs Benedict, which was excellent, a great way to fuel up before heading out again.

Family with children really enjoy this

The staff here is fantastic it reminded me of people who cared for their own family. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were beyond comfy which was a huge win.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you know what, it was worth it.
